At Tribalskills, we take utmost care to ensure that every product reaches you in the best possible condition. As we deal in Clothes and Organic products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 Replacements/ Return : 

What are the conditions for the return?

• Received a damaged product
• Received a defective product
• Receive wrong product
• Received expired/spoiled product

Items will be eligible for free replacement within 5 days of delivery. Please create a replacement request within 24 hours of order delivery.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your items need to have the receipt for proof of purchase.

Video of the unboxing, showing the product in its original packaging and condition.

No refund, only Replacement : 

Once we received your request, we will inspect and notify you within 24 hours.

If your request is approved, we will replace the product.

Shipping : 

Order Information & Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are requested to provide:

• Complete postal address with correct PIN code
• Valid mobile number
• Active email address

Tribalskills shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failures, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact details provided by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item if the products reach you damaged.

Shipping cost will be borne by us if different/wrong items are delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
